Vision Ward
Sentry Ward
SKILLS: Cern's Ult doesn't scale CoolDown OR CrowdControl, so level it last. STARTER: Can also start Death's Toll, which will help with the early Sun Beam, but Cern has heals on his 1, so I think attack speed is better. ITEMS: Bracer - Stacks proc on EVERY tick of damage to a god. Single best item for Cern, but not great for early minion clear. Can be built before or after Harp. Nimble - Late game attack speed goes crazy with this, around 45% with Conch. Also slightly increases the damage of Sun Beam side shots. Triton's Conch - See above. 37 Strength and 70 Intelligence at lvl20 is very good. Some health for team fights is nice too.

Brawler's Ruin
If enemy team has healing but only 1 full tank, Brawler's should be built instead of Titan's. Your damage against high defense will drop a little, but you'll still delete any squishy. Don't forget there's up to 25% Pen on Fall Season(Cern 1).

If you are facing 2 or more very tanky opponents PLUS healing, use this build. Damage ramps up slower by delaying Bragi's, but earlier attack speed is not the worst trade-off. (Again, Bracer can be built 3rd if early heals are absolutely necessary)
